Protecting children is a fundamental responsibility, and we are committed to preventing the misuse of our platform for any activity involving the exploitation or abuse of minors.
1. Adults-Only Platform
Blindly is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older.
Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from:
- Creating an account
- Accessing the platform
- Using any Blindly features
- Communicating with other users
Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be permanently suspended and removed from the platform.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Blindly strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Sexualization or exploitation of minors
- Any attempt to exploit, endanger, or abuse a child
- Any content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts child abuse
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate enforcement action.
3. Safety Measures
Blindly employs multiple safety measures to help protect our community, including:
- Age eligibility requirements during registration
- User reporting tools available throughout the application
- Automated systems to help identify suspicious content or activity
- Human review of reported accounts and content
- Prompt investigation of reported violations
- Permanent removal of accounts that violate our Child Safety Standards
Our safety processes are continuously reviewed and improved to help maintain a secure environment for our users.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter or suspect any content, account, message, or behavior involving child exploitation or abuse, please report it immediately.

You can report directly from:
- User Profiles
- Chat Messages
- Shared Media
- Other user-generated content
Tap Report and select the appropriate reason.

Child safety reports receive the highest priority for review.
5. Enforcement Actions
When Blindly identifies content or behavior involving CSAE or CSAM, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Immediate permanent account suspension
- Removal of illegal or prohibited content
- Restriction or termination of associated accounts where appropriate
- Preservation of relevant information where required by applicable law
- Cooperation with law enforcement authorities as legally required
6. Reporting to Appropriate Authorities
Where required by applicable law, Blindly reports identified Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and related child exploitation activity to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for applicable U.S. cases, or other relevant law enforcement agencies.
Blindly fully cooperates with lawful investigations relating to child exploitation and abuse.
